Special Inspection Agency

A special inspection agency is a unique organization that enforces strict quality control and assurance procedures through the special inspectors that it employs. All our special inspectors possess specific professional licenses, certifications, or both to perform independent inspections of critical structural and life-safety components while building construction. In order to maintain A2LA #3883.01 accreditation, DTL and independent senior representatives of DTL management regularly conduct external and internal audits. These reviews verify and assure that DTL remains qualified to carry out the technical responsibilities of individual inspections for a building owner.
